📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or live auction sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard, expedited, and freight shipping options depending on item size and weight.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (calculated at checkout)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (calculated at checkout)
• Freight / Pallet Shipping: 5–10 business days (quoted individually)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen issues.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for buyers who wish to collect their items. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup hours and location will be provided in your confirmation message.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for large or pallet-sized items. Smaller parcels may qualify.
Freight Shipments & Large Items
For oversized or pallet items:
• Freight delivery is available at buyer’s expense.
• Liftgate service and residential delivery can be arranged upon request.
• We will contact you to confirm details before shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Damages & Lost Shipments
We take great care to package your items securely. If your order arrives damaged or missing parts:
1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email or contact form link].
We will file a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue quickly.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. International shipping may be added in the future as we expand.
